I've been fortunate enough to only have three emergency room visits under my belt, and not for anything too bad (just to treat a couple of fractured wrists and to make sure a car accident didn't mess me up too much).
These trips have been spread out over the course of about 25 years, so my knowledge of what goes on in ERs is mostly restricted to what I've learned after watching hours of medical dramas.
That said, I'd love to know more — especially the really wild stuff! Maybe it's a weird thing you constantly see patients do, or a weird thing you see other employees do.
