I did this last year and found it pretty easy to swap protein options. Sub in tempeh or tofu when needed or even a hard boiled egg. I also switched up some of the fancier ingredients for easier to find options or just on preference. Pretty flexible recipes :)
#14 This DOES work - I used it on all my old sheet pans and it was amazing. You do have to let the paste sit for a while - I put it on the pans and went to do other things and came back 2-3 hrs later and the gunk scrubbed right off - very little effort required.
