21 Fucking Infuriating Things That Happened On The "Friends" Finale

I can't believe the show ended 13 years ago!

1. Rachel wears a short-sleeved turtleneck.

Why did we, as a society, ever think this was a good look?

2. No one tells Monica and Chandler that Erica's carrying twins.

NBC

I meannnn, the doctors told Erica she was having twins and she just thought the two heartbeats were hers and the baby's. We know Monica is a micromanager, so I'm not buying that she wouldn't have discovered that small little fact at some point.

3. This hospital room looks like it's from the 1970s.

WTF are those curtains?

(But, side note, how perfect was young Anna Faris in the role?!)

4. Ross immediately tells Joey and Phoebe that he had sex with Rachel.

"Hey, I'm not one to kiss and tell. But I'm also not one to have sex and shut up." Ugh, come on Ross.

5. Rachel says having sex with Ross was "the perfect way to say goodbye."

WTF? Why would having a perfect night with someone you love who is also the father of your child be a "way to say goodbye"? I just don't buy that she ever would have left in the first place.

6. Meanwhile, no one seems concerned that Rachel is taking Ross' baby out of the country permanently.

When Rachel first gets the job in Paris she says, "I mean, I'll fly back and forth, they'll fly you out... Anything we want." But, I mean. It's his... CHILD. This just seems like an absurd arrangement.

7. Phoebe makes a sexist joke about Ross' son Ben and it's just like...ugh.

Phoebe: "Yeah, and I have a definite feeling it's gonna be a girl."

Ross: "Phoebe, you thought Ben was going to be a girl."

Phoebe: "Have you seen him throw a ball?"

8. Also, Phoebe's ENTIRE musical thing.

9. Joey is confused about what continents are.

"I mean, you've been trying to for so long, maybe now that you're on different continents.. (Looks at Phoebe) Right?" Honestly, Joey got so dumb by the end of the series it was just annoying.

10. Phoebe's cab is literally parked right in the middle of a busy New York street.

Have you ever tried to find parking in Manhattan???? Spoiler alert: It's impossible.

11. Also, Phoebe has AN ACTUAL hit and run when she hits an elderly woman on a bike and doesn't stop to see if she's okay.

Ross: "Is the old woman on the bicycle still alive?"

Phoebe: "Yeah, she jumped right back up!"

12. Rachel hands over a passport with someone else's photo in it...

I don't know who that is, but it's definitely not Jennifer Aniston.

13. Ross wastes several hundred dollars on two plane tickets that he's not even going to use.

Honestly, it's not like he was NEVER going to see Rachel again, FFS.

14. He ALSO never bothered to confirm which airport Rachel was flying out of.

After so much *effort* to try and track her down, I really think he would have paid attention.

15. And THEN we find out Rachel had a cellphone on her this WHOLE TIME.

Even if Ross didn't want to declare his love on the phone, he could have called her up and asked to talk or SOMETHING.

16. So, let's get this straight: Ross has cellphone access. Rachel has her cellphone. But when Rachel finally calls Ross back, she dials his home phone and leaves a message there instead. WHY?????

17. An entire plane of people freaks out over the "left phalange" without ever once questioning what a phalange is.
