After months of rumours and speculation, Netflix has finally confirmed that a To All The Boys I've Loved Before sequel is definitely 100% happening.
They even channelled Lara Jean and wrote a cute love letter to make the announcement.
Naturally, people are VERY happy about this news.
Netflix also released this super cute video of Lana Condor and Noah Centineo, confirming they'll be returning to play Lara Jean and Peter Kavinsky.
But one part of the video has book fans asking: what the hell is going on with John Ambrose McClaren?!
In case you didn't know, John Ambrose McClaren is a major character in P.S. I Still Love You, the second book in Jenny Han's trilogy that the movies are based on. You might remember he showed up in the first movie in the mid-credits scene, played by Jordan Burtchett.
Lana's comment at the end of the announcement suggests the role has been recast – and that it might be someone we all know.
Who could it be?!
Whether it's Jordan or someone new, there's no doubt we'll love them – because while Peter Kavinsky owns my soul, John Ambrose McClaren has my whole heart.
BRING IT ON.
