    Celebrities know that snacking smart is an easy way to curb cravings, boost energy levels, and maintain a healthy weight, so they make sure to pack healthy snacks wherever they go.

    Luckily, you don’t need to shell out hundreds of dollars in trendy health foods to snack like a celeb (or look like one). Most stars love to snack on whole foods like fruits, veggies, and nuts – not obscure fancy products only the rich and famous can afford.

    1. Alicia Silverstone: Walnuts and raisins

    Silverstone shared her favorite on-the-go snacks on her blog, where she gushes over walnuts and raisins.

    2. Angelina Jolie: Crickets!

    When you think of a crunchy snack, your mind probably goes to chips, but to Angelina and her children, fried crickets are the clear favorite: “They can eat a bag of crickets like a bag of chips," she said in a recent BBC interview. She also snacks on other unconventional foods, like fried tarantulas and scorpions.

    It may sound strange, but her snacking habits aren’t unique. Crickets are a delicacy in countries like Vietnam and Cambodia, where they are consumed for their protein and beneficial effects over cholesterol.

    Emma told Marie Claire that she makes a fantastic egg tortilla. “It's my special thing. I make guacamole, salsa, and scrambled eggs, and then I cook the tortilla. It's pretty simple, really, but yummy,” Watson said.

    The supermodel revealed to Food & Wine that she loves making fruit leather from scratch with her son, Benjamin.
