These "salad cakes" are the ~cool~ and ~hip~ new thing in Japan, where food stylist Mitsuki Moriyasu is trying to make vegetables more desirable.
The "icing" is made from tofu blended with vegetables, and the sponge of the cake is created with all-natural ingredients like soybean flour and very little sugar.
This is why I have trust issues.
