    UPDATE: Thrift Shops Won't Be Affected Under New Phthalate, Lead Ban

    Thrift shops are safe! The Consumer Product Safety Commissione issued a clarification today stating, "The new safety law does not require resellers to test children�s products in inventory for compliance with the lead limit before they are sold."
