Hungover? Read This.

Do you ever find yourself laying on the bathroom floor after a long night out? These are some of the best ways to avoid that killer hangover.

Hydrate before you go out.

Drink plenty of water prior to going out, but if you fail to do this just remember Gatorade may be a better choice after a long night out.

Eat.

Be sure to eat a decent meal before, so that you aren't caught up smashing down on a big plate of nachos at 2am.

Advil.

This goes without saying but, if you end up with a killer headache pop an Advil.

Sleep.

Remember that within all the fun, you still need to sleep.

Don't be a drama queen.

You and I both know that when you say this, you never actually mean it.
