1. Feed the candy to your dog (make sure it is not toxic for them first).
2. Make crafts with it. You'd be amazed the things you can make out of tootsie roll pop wrappers.
3. Wear it. Those delicious candy necklaces make a great accessory for a crazy night out.
4. Give it to the homeless.
5. Give to younger family members that would appreciate it more.
6. Give to teachers as gifts for being so awesome.
7. Give it to your neighbors kids (be careful could be deemed as creepy).
8. Hold a contest using the candy as the prize.
9. Give to a local daycare to give to kids as prizes (be careful not all daycares will allow this).
10. Throw at people in the library to get their attention.
11. Last resort - throw it in the trash.
