Since last playing December 18th, Blake Griffin finally returned to the Clippers lineup after undergoing surgery on his right knee. He missed 18 games, and the Clippers went 10-8 during his absence. In addition to Griffin missing time, Clippers point guard Chris Paul missed several games and is currently out due to an injured left thumb.

Griffin logged in 12 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the Clippers' disappointing loss to the Sixers, 121-110. He was rusty as expected, having 6 turnovers, including a silly travel and a double dribble. The Clippers' big man was also out of rhythm, shooting only 3-11 from the field.

Griffin was on minutes restriction aiming to play only 7 minutes per quarter, but ended up playing the last 8 minutes of the 4th quarter.

After the game, Griffin described his play as "sloppy". He also added that the team started playing selfishly in the 3rd quarter, which is when the Sixers starting digging out of the 19-point hole.

The Clippers next game is against the Warriors on Saturday in Oakland.
