People are still raving about Sandra Bullock's performance in The Unforgivable.
It truly hit a nerve — especially if you have a sister — and you couldn't help but feel a tremendous amount of sympathy for her character, Ruth. I don't know about you, but I can name 19 moments when all I wanted to do was hug Sandra.
.When Ruth gets out of jail and goes to her new "home."
.When someone tries to steal her stuff almost immediately.
.When Ruth's probation officer tells her that her sister is better off without her.
.When an employer changes their mind about giving her a job.
.When Ruth walks back to her old house and has flashbacks.
.When Blake buys her a coat.
.When John Ingram decides that he will try to help Ruth.
.When Katherine's parents refuse to let Ruth see her.
.When Ruth angrily breaks the dry wall in a fit of rage.
.When Katherine's sister reads Ruth's letters.
.When Ruth leaves Blake at the diner.
.When Katherine's sister agrees to meet with Ruth.
.When Ruth's coworker sucker punches her.
.When Ruth has THAT scene with Liz Ingram, aka Viola Davis, and shares what happened 20 years ago.
.When Ruth leaves her sister to eat pancakes and faces police.
.When Ruth finds out why she can't be around Blake.
.When Steve has a gun to Ruth's head.

.When Katherine hugs Ruth at the end.
