Don't ask how, but I stumbled across the 2010 movie — and I use that word loosely — Kitten Party on Netflix and it was the best 40 minutes of my day. Starring "Kittens!" (per Amazon.com), Kitten Party is the story of Whiskers.
This is Whiskers. He's invited 50 of his best kitten friends over for a party. A — you guessed it! — Kitten Party.
This party has it all. Mice on strings...
Jingly balls...
Naughty plants...
This clearly drunk cat...
Group play...
Jazzy kicks...
Invasive camera men...
Laser pointers...
This cat with whom no one wants to hang...
Well-read tabbies...
Delicious snacks...
And mutha fuckin' string!
The only people having more fun at the Kitten Party than the cats are the viewers. Specifically, the Netflix commenters.
Some took it very seriously.
Others were (presumably) in an altered state.
Some appreciated the film's straightforward nature.
Others took away valuable lessons.
This commenter really put it out there.
And this one found the perfect intersection of all their interests.
