An SNP Minister Didn't Realise She Was On Live Telly And Asked To Start Her Interview Again

"Oh, right, OK, right, OK, forgive me, forgive me, I thought it was a pre-record," said the flustered education minister.

Here's Scottish government minister Angela Constance not realising she's being interviewed on live TV, fluffing her lines, and asking to start the interview again.

Constance, appearing on BBC Scotland's Sunday Politics, said "twenty thousand and twelve" instead of "two thousand and twelve" and asked to start over again. The host, Gordon Brewer, said she could start again, but informed her: "We are live, by the way."

This was Constance's reaction when she learned she was being broadcast live across the nation.

"Oh, right, OK, right, OK, forgive me, forgive me, I thought it was a pre-record," said the flustered education minister.

But at least it's brightened up the mornings of people watching the Sunday Politics.

Haha, #SNPs Angela Constance shows how useless she is this morning. Asks to go again. Her face when she's told it's live 😂 #Classic #bbcsp
