1. "Oh you work at ABC?! Tell them I looooooove Scandal!!"

Yes, I work at a television network. No, nobody I work directly with cares that you love a show on that network.

2. "Soooooo, do you know any famous people"

No, but one time I ran into Jonah Hill walking down the street.

3. "What's Brian Williams like?"

Or pretty much any news anchor on whatever network you work at.

4. "Tell them you know someone who wants to be an extra!!"

No. No. No.

5. "Can I give you my headshot?!"

Because I work in television does not mean I remotely know anyone close to putting on a tv show...

6. "You work at NBC right?"

Everyone always assumes you work at NBC...

7. "You work at CVS? Are you a manager?"

Nope that's actually CBS.... you know channel 2? Two and a half men? Oh, your parents probably watch it.

Nope, I work in an office building. Not that exciting. Sometimes I get free lunch though!

No. Most of those shows are filmed in LA, in a studio, with a crew.
