Everything You Need To Know About "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again"

The greatest film of the last ten years is getting a sequel, because dreams really do come true!

In case you lead a joyless life, Mamma Mia! is a musical-turned-movie filled with ABBA songs.

The film is full of ridiculous mishaps.

It takes place on a beautiful Greek island...

...and makes you want to call your mom.

Most importantly, it's packed with glorious musical numbers.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again was in the works.

The best part? EVERYONE is returning!

Feel free to get excited, because they've already started filming!

The sequel will be written & directed by Ol Parker, best known for writing The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.

Parts of the movie will center around young Donna & The Dynamos in the '60s.

Lily James is young Donna (Meryl Streep).

Jessica Keenan Wynn is young Tanya (Christine Baranski).

Alexa Davies is young Rosie (Julie Walters).

Jeremy Irvine is young Sam (Pierce Brosnan).

Hugh Skinner is young Harry (Colin Firth).

And Josh Dylan is young Bill (Stellan Skårsgard).

The film will also feature ~the~ Andy Garcia.

    She's such a gem.

Cher is set to play Donna's mother in the flashbacks.

This will be Cher's first time on the big screen since 2010's Burlesque...

...and her first movie with Meryl Streep since 1983's Silkwood.

Well, unless you count 2003's Stuck On You.

Honey Honey, mark your calendars, because Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again will be released July 20th, 2018.
