All Hail Loki, God Of Mischief And King Of Looking Hot As Hell

"There are no men like me." Warning: Infinity War spoilers ahead!!

🚨 🚨 This is your last warning! SPOILERS GALORE!! 🚨 🚨

    Marvel

Hello. If you're a human with a soul, you're probably pretty devasted and shocked by all of the deaths in Infinity War.

    Marvel

LORDY, Thanos did not hold back.

There's a good chance everyone who was dusted is coming back, but when it comes to our other departed heroes, there's some uncertainty.

Seriously, there's no way in hell they're not making a Black Panther 2, guys. The dusties, as I've chosen to call them, are probably safe.

So, we would like to take this time to honor one of the fallen: Loki, God of Mischief, Prince of Asgard, Odinson, and Bringer of Sexy Smirks.

    Marvel

Sure, he might come back. No one ever really dies in comic book stories, but if this really is the last we'll see of our favorite prankster, we should remember him fondly.

When we first met Loki, he was a #BroodyBabe going through some serious shit.

    Marvel

His brother was first in line to rule Asgard, a job our boy reeeeally wanted. On top of that, he finds out he's adopted. He acts out. It happens!

Sure, he tried to destroy New York, and that wasn't very nice.

    Marvel

But wasn't it REALLY Thanos' fault?

But he got pummelled and all was good.

    Marvel

I mean, a lot of people died and Tony never really recovered mentally, but us Loki stans know HE MADE UP FOR IT.

Afterward, he started to prove he wasn't all bad. Exhibit A: He loved his mamma.

    Marvel

I mean, he was a freaking MESS when she died.

Exhibit B: He helped save Jane.

    Marvel

AFTER she slapped him, for the record.

He may have faked his own death and exiled his father, but he just wanted to be loved!

    Marvel

It's not like he was torturing Asgardians. He was throwing great parties and funding the arts!

Sure, he tried to betray Thor again on Sakaar, but he didn't succeed, so it doesn't count.

    Marvel

I like to think he knew Thor knew he was planning something and wanted to get caught.

He was always looking out for number one, but we can't ALL be selfless heroes.

    Marvel

Scarlet Witch started out bad, too, REMEMBER?!

His pranks were truly next level.

    CLASSIC.

    He was sassy as hell.

And, my GOD (literally), he was fiiiiine.

    Marvel

Even chained up... especially chained up.

    I MEAN:

    Marvel

Loki in a suit > Thor in anything

    COME ON:

    Marvel

His eyes are piercing my soul.

Ultimately, he helped save many Asgardians from Hela.

There's nothing wrong with being a little flashy.

But most importantly, he died a hero.

    Marvel

When it came down to it, all of that brother-hating talk was just an act. He couldn't watch Thor die, tried to kill Thanos, and ultimately died in Thor's place.

Here's hoping he returns, but if not, at least he went out trying to save the universe.

    Marvel

Which means, in the end, he was a good guy after all.

P.S. Thanks to Tom Hiddleston for making Loki the perfect bad boy.
