- 1 litre apple juice
- 1 litre ginger ale
- 700 milliliters jameson whiskey
- 2 lemons, juiced & zested
- 10 cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 4-5 tablespoons honey
- 1 star anise
- 2 inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
- Place a large pot over a low heat and add all the ingredients.
- Heat for 15-20 minutes until warm and the drink is beautifully infused with all the flavours. Be careful not to bring the mixture to a boil as this will burn the alcohol off.
