1. Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
1 splash of sparkling water
4 dashes of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
2 shots of Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 cherry
Instructions: Pour sparkling water, lemon juice, and sugar in glass. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add whiskey to glass and garnish with cherry.
2. The Irish Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 shots of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 dashes of Pernod Absinthe
2 dashes of curaҫao
1 olive for garnish
1 dash of cherry liqueur
1 dash of Angostura bitters
1 orange for orange zest
Ice
Instructions: Stir all ingredients together with ice in a shaker. Strain into chilled sherry glass. Add a dash of orange zest and garnish with olive.
3. Beer Cocktail “IPA Fizz”
Ingredients:
1½ shots of Jameson Caskmates
1 tablespoon of crème de banane
½ cup of IPA
Ice
Instructions: Mix ingredients in glass with ice and stir gently. Garnish with orange twist.
4. Black Gold
Ingredients:
1½ shots of Jameson Caskmates
½ shot of Kahlua
1 dash of Angostura bitters
1 orange for orange twist garnish
Ice
Instructions: Mix ingredients in glass with ice and stir gently.
5. Bitter Sweet
Ingredients:
1 shot of Jameson Caskmates
½ shot of Amaro Ramazzotti
½ cup of white beer
1 splash of pink grapefruit juice
Ice
Instructions: Pour all ingredients in glass over ice and stir gently.
6. Short and Stout
Ingredients:
1 shot of Jameson Caskmates
½ cup of Stout beer
1 part granulated sugar
Ice
Instructions: Mix ingredients in glass with ice and stir gently. Strain into cocktail glass.
7. Jameson Black Barrel Apple Barrel
Ingredients:
1 shot of Jameson Black Barrel
1¾ tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar syrup (2:1 syrup)
1 dash of crème de mûre
1 dash of cloudy apple juice
Ice
Instructions: In a shaker, combine and shake whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and crème de mûre. Pour ingredients over ice into tumbler and top off with apple juice. Garnish with apple wedge.
8. Jameson Black Barrel Irish Rose
Ingredients:
1 shot of Jameson Black Barrel
1 dash of grenadine
1 egg for egg whites
1 dash of fresh lemon juice
Ice
Instructions: Pour everything in shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain in cocktail glass and drink as is.
9. The Tipperary
Ingredients:
1 shot Jameson Black Barrel
1 shot Chartreuse
1 shot Italian vermouth
Ice
Instructions: Shake all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Strain ingredients from shaker and pour into a glass.
10. Irish Wolfhound
Ingredients:
1½ shots of Jameson Black Barrel
½ cup of ginger beer
1¾ tablespoons of freshly squeezed ruby-red grapefruit juice
2 grapefruit slices
Smoked salt
Ice
Instructions: Mix the whiskey, ginger beer, and juice with ice into glass. Dip grapefruit slice into smoked salt and drop into drink. Garnish with another slice and apply to rim of glass.
11. South Side Smash
Ingredients:
1½ shots of Jameson Black Barrel
¾ tablespoon of Fernet
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon of sugar syrup
6–8 mint leaves
Ice
Instructions: Just shake everything up in shaker with ice, strain into rocks glass, and garnish with mint.
12. Old-Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 shots of Jameson Black Barrel
½ shot of benedictine liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Ice
Orange slice
Instructions: Throw all ingredients into mixing glass with ice, strain into rocks glass, and garnish with orange slice.
All it takes to start making these great cocktails is a little Jameson.
