Ocean's 8 finally hits the big screen this Friday, June 8, and while everyone's talking about the star-studded cast, I want to talk about the fashion! Those who came out to the premiere in New York Tuesday night SLAAAYED and they all brought a different vibe with them. Check out what everyone wore below.
It would be a disservice to the world if I didn't start off with Rihanna, who wore this bombbb Givenchy Fall 2018 purple gown. Like, Rih...I can't keep up.
And her makeup was on point — she gave us full goth glam with a deep purple smoky eye and a vampy lip.
Anne Hathaway stepped out in a printed John Paul Gaultier Spring 2018 Couture gown. I didn't know how I felt about this look (I still don't know honestly) but I'll give it to her that this is definitely different and out of the box.
One of my favorite looks was this sequin Missoni pantsuit worn effortlessly by Cate Blanchett. I need this!
Sandra Bullock wore an Elie Saab sequined gown with a ton of feathers, only matched with Sarah Paulson and this neon green feathery Prada dress. Sarah definitely had that bright effect on the carpet...blinding bright.
Mindy Kaling was all smiles in this subtle black Prabal Gurung gown. I really love how she gave us a deep red lip and a smoky eye with it.
Dascha Polanco was a ray of sunshine in this off-the-shoulder Jay Godfrey yellow dress. Dascha can show off those curves every day of the week!
Cindy Bruna's legs are ah-mazing, and she strutted in them with this deconstructed Balmain midi dress. The '80s trend has been coming back slowly but surely, and I may have to jump on that.
Gigi Hadid posed in this beautiful cold-shoulder black Vera Wang gown with a thigh split and a sheer bottom. I'd wear this in a hot minute.
Adriana Lima looked stunning and thigh-licious in this studded black Roberto Cavalli Couture dress with an exposed slit.
Her makeup and hair look really sold me with this dramatic cat eye, subtle contour, and slicked-back hair. LOVE.
Awkwafina wore a cream sheer Reem Acra pantsuit with a cape. I am honestly a fan of this modest look and would rock this!
Liu Wen stuck to an all-black look with a textured blazer and sequin-studded black tulle skirt. Sometimes I wonder how I can pull off an all-black look fashionably, and now I know. THANK YOU, LIU WEN.
Sandra's hair was styled in a sweeping, low pony, and with her dangling earrings? Stunning. Five stars!
And lastly, Kelly Rowland stopped by for the premiere and I couldn't pass up this black-and-white, polka-dotted Misha Collection gown. How does Kelly never age? She just always looks so unbothered and moisturized.
In an earlier version of this post, I was trippin'. I accidentally labeled Cindy Bruna as Lais Ribeiro, and although Lais is poppin', the photo above IS Cindy in Balmain.
Misha Collection was misspelled in an earlier version of this post.
