Here Are Literally 22 Of The Best Beauty Looks From The 2020 Golden Globes

These celebrities prove it's not just about the outfit!

The 2020 Golden Globes gave us a bit of everything: Surprisingly pure moments, enviable fashion slays, and of course, Ricky Gervais. However, y'all know I came to see those beauty looks, honey! Here were a few of our favorites:

NBC

1. Cynthia Erivo's natural glow radiated on the red carpet, and her icy-white buzzcut and auburn brows solidified all the love I have for her.

2. Winnie Harlow served us face with a bold gray smokey eye and glossy lip. She accentuated the look with a pop of blue in her waterline, and whew! WINNIE FOR THE WIN!

3. Saoirse Ronan gave us '70s glam with soft rounded curls.

Celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel created Saoirse's look using the Virtue Volumizing Primer and Virtue Volumizing Mousse throughout the roots to create volume. After rough-drying her hair, he brushed and set it with rollers, which gave us that fullness for the red carpet. Glam!

4. Glenn Close emanated radiance with rosy-pink flushed cheeks and a matching lip. She looked amazing!

5. Zoë Kravitz...that's it. That's the post. But really, this deep red lip and her short jet-black haircut is an entire vibe.

6. Gugu Mbatha-Raw rocked a stunning lipstick from Armani that paired beautifully with her bronzed makeup. Gah, she's so gorgeous.

"To play up the color of her sequin yellow dress, I wanted to do some strong graphic lips in a matte orange tone," said celebrity makeup artist Nick Barose. "The bold, matte orange Armani lip is a fun alternative to the classic red. Orange makes the look feel more quirky and it also complements Gugu's golden complexion. I kept the rest of the face understated but also played up the brows to make them a bit stronger, more defined, with flirty lashes."

7. Sofía Vergara gave us a sultry burgundy pout that matched her dress. Sofía never disappoints.

8. Lucy Boynton's glittery take on a classic cat-eye graphic eyeliner is the type of energy I want to be on in 2020.

9. Charlize Theron can rock a short cut, honey! I loved how healthy and effortless her cut was, thanks to hairstylist Adir Abergel.

"We have seen Charlize with iterations of the bowl cut for the last few months," Adir told us. "This new variation of her short style takes the bowl cut in a new direction with a golden goddess-like blonde hue." For the intense shine, Adir used the Virtue Healing Oil to set the foundation for the style.

10. Tiffany Haddish was the belle in pink with a tapered cut by celeb hairstylist Ray Christopher and makeup by Mali Magic, who used Pat McGrath products.

11. Kristin Cavallari's lob-length haircut was perfect for the red carpet and her statement-making accessories. Love!

12. Priyanka Chopra gave us old Hollywood waves and a blush-toned pink lipstick that truly made her look like a Barbie.

Priyanka's waves were because of the Helios Profession Hair Dryer, which celebrity hairstylist Christian Wood used with a classic round brush. GORGEOUS.

13. Laverne Cox wore Michael Cinco to the Golden Globes afterparty, and I loved everything about this: The blunt blonde bob, her exaggerated red/orange eyeshadow, and the nude lip she paired with it. Fabulous to a TEE.

14. Sofia Carson had some of the best cascading curls on the red carpet, and that is not debatable.

15. Reese Witherspoon proved that flipped ends and a glossy pink lip are all you need to steal the show at the Golden Globes. Cute and chic!

16. Jennifer Lopez rocked a braided updo and dramatic lashes.

"For this look, we did an elegant detailed updo that gives a queen of the night vibe," celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton told BuzzFeed. "The inspiration was an elegant Grace Kelly, but the braid made it more modern." Appleton used the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer to create a smooth finish, and the Color Wow Pop & Lock Gloss Treatment to make two braids in the hair before wrapping it around into a bun.

17. Kerry Washington gave us a LOT of surprises on the red carpet, but I couldn't get over her stunning red lip color, which perfectly accented her pout.

18. Rooney Mara kept her makeup minimal, but those chiseled cheeks and that eccentric hair accessory were enough for us to stop and take a second look.

19. Da'Vine Joy Randolph gave us voluminous curls and a sexy smokey eye with bold brows. This is a LEWK and I stan.

20. Sian Clifford brought a nighttime smokey eye to the red carpet, and the accent of cobalt blue was just the right pop of color to her black dress.

21. Awkwafina gave us Hollywood glamour with an angled wing liner with Lorac's Front of the Line PRO Liquid Eyeliner and the Pro Satin Lip Color in Currant. BOMB!

“Awkwafina was a classic beauty in custom Dior," said celebrity makeup artist Kirin Bhatty. "This being her first Golden Globe nomination and such a momentous occasion for her, I wanted to honor that cosmetically and focus on iconic, Hollywood glamour. For a modernized take, we complemented her red lip and winged eyeliner with understated, glowing skin using the new Lorac Pro Complexion Collection — the result was simple, yet striking and strong.”

22. Lastly, Rachel Brosnahan showed us that deeper reds still hold a special place on the red carpet. With her ringlet curls, too? Fabulous.
