Which "Splatoon" Color Describes Your Playing Style?
Lovers of blue have a deep need to find even the most well-hidden opponents, to take charge of themselves and others on the battlefield. Blue Inklings are natural born leaders and stay cool under enemy fire.
Turquoise Inklings wish to create a balance in their lives. Wanting to cover the entire map with ink in addition to splattering as many enemies as possible, they tend to be the most idealistic. They want to live in a bubble guided by their own set of rules.
With the color pink, you have the instinct to protect your comrades in the heat of battle. You provide them with cover fire, an exit strategy, and super jump checkpoints. These Inklings are the backbone of the squid-squad allowing for all sorts of evasive tactics.
If purple is your color, you have a keen squid senses for security. Your strategy is to plant Ink Mines and put up Splash Walls to give yourself a buffer from opponents. You also feel the need to help others and using your Bubbler will give them added benefits.
Greens are usually found wandering the maps in an attempt to cover every exposed spot with ink. They're content just rolling along replacing any color with their own. They tend to be a bit jealous when losing, especially when it looks like the game is in their favor only to get beaten by a slim margin.
You Inklings are specialists. They rely heavily on using special weapons such as Inkstrikes and Killer Wails. They are strong combatants and never go down without a fight. You waste little time to cover as much ground as possible before unleashing devastating attacks.
Any game you play is just a fun time. Yellow Inklings are happy whether they win or lose. It takes a lot of tolerance not to get upset when losing but yellows pull it off flawlessly. They'd certainly congratulate you on your hard-earned victory.
Oranges are crazy players who charge head on into any fight. They're willing to sacrifice themselves for their allies to advance. It's a lot of fun watching an orange player go Kraken and whip up a ton of mayhem right in the middle of battle. They're on the front lines for a reason.
