Charlotte Restaurant Week: Queen's Feast!

Charlotte hosts it's very own restaurant week, twice a year, to give residents and people from all over, a chance to try different dishes. Each restaurant offers three to four-course menus which are priced from price from $30-$35! The participating restaurants are located throughout Charlotte including Dilworth, Uptown, Lake Norman and Midtown.

This week I am featuring 300 East, located at 300 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203. They offered a three-course meal, including a glass of wine for $35. The three courses included an appetizer of your choice, an entree dish as well as a dessert!

The appetizer I chose, pictured above, was a Baked Marinated Vermont Goat Cheese dip with roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, paired with a baguette.

The second course (entree) I ordered was a Grilled Hanger Steak paired with onion marmalade, horseradish cream, mashed potatoes with green beans.

And finally, the final dessert course I chose was a Warm Callebaut Chocolate Brownie with salted caramel, honey chocolate sauce with vanilla ice cream.

Restaurant week lasts through Sunday, January 29th, so check out 300 East for one of the most delicious, affordable, three-course meal in Dilworth.
