Garnish:½ cup spicy potato chips, finely crushed ½ tsp celery seed 30g Jack Link’s Wild Heat Beef Jerky30g spicy cheese (havarti, gouda, etc), cut into cubes 2 tbsp hot pickled vegetables 2 pepperoncini peppers 1 celery stalk 1 lime, cut into quarters Pinch of cayenne Crushed ice for servingPreparation1. Start by rimming your glass. In a plastic bag, add the spicy potato chips and crush until very, very fine using a kitchen mallet, or rolling pin. Then, add the celery seed to the bag and mix well to incorporate evenly. Transfer the mixture to a plate. Rub some of the cut lime along the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into the chip mixture. 2. Fill the rimmed glass with ice then add the clamato juice, vodka, worcestershire, and sriracha sauce. Stir well to combine. To garnish, skewer the Jack Link’s Wild Heat Beef Jerky, cheese, vegetables, and peppers alternating evenly. Finally, stick additional pieces of jerky to the rim, along with a lime wedge that’s been dusted with a sprinkling of cayenne. Serve with a fresh celery stalk and enjoy - if you dare!
