Justin Trudeau Accidentally Swore Allegiance To The Queen's "Hairs" At His Swearing-In Ceremony
Or maybe he meant exactly what he said.
At his swearing-in ceremony in Rideau Hall today, Justin Trudeau put a new spin on the traditional oath of office by swearing allegiance to Queen Elizabeth and "her hairs."

I, [name], do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors. So help me God.
