Having a bad day? Well, just take one look at this dancing Starbucks barista and your mood will instantly improve.

Carly Fleischmann

The barista's name is Sam and he works at a Starbucks in Toronto.

A video of Sam's dance moves is blowing up online thanks to Carly Fleischmann, a young blogger who writes about what it's like living with autism. She shared the video with her legions of fans and said it was her birthday wish for it to go viral.

Sam, Fleischmann wrote, also lives with autism and has a movement disorder that makes it hard for him to keep still.

"Sam never thought that he would be able to work behind the bar because of his sudden movements but his manager Chris believed in him and got Sam to channel his movements into dance," Fleischmann said.

"It has taken Sam and Chris a lot of shifts and hours to get Sam to do what he is doing in the video. Sam is now known as the dancing barista," she said. "If it wasn't for Chris believing in Sam he would of never believed in himself."

"More people like Sam need to be seen, heard and given a chance to thrive and dance."
