It's Simple – Select Five Books And We'll Give You Some Inspirational Advice

First off, pick a classic. 

Next, choose a YA novel. 

Pick a series to start next.

And a thriller to keep you up at night. 

Lastly, pick a memoir. 

No one else's opinion besides your own should matter. If you want to change your hair, eat that extra slice of cake or wear that bodycon dress, then you should do it. Not everyone may agree with you and there'll be people who try to make these decisions on your behalf. But you should ignore them and just be your true self. 

Never change for anyone but yourself

To spend time doing what you love takes hard work. It's never easy, and so many of us fall into the comfort of an everyday job that pays the bills. I'm not saying you have to quit your job, but it's important to take time out for yourself and do the things that make you feel the happiest. 

Do what you love, not what you're told to love

We're often told by the media, our friends and our family about the 'right' way to do things. But spoiler alert, there is no right or wrong. Find what works for you, whether it's working outside or indoors, morning or night, and you'll ultimately be more productive and happier because of it. 

Create an environment that works for you

It's hard when things don't work out as you imagined. You're filled with countless "What ifs?" and that can sometimes be all consuming. But there's never any point to living in a fantasy world – take stock of what you have and move on to your next adventure. 

Deal with how things are, not how they should be

It's incredibly difficult to be a happy person when you're surrounded by negativity and bad influences. If this is coming from your friends, dump them and make some new ones who'll help you in becoming the best version of yourself. 

Choose your friends wisely

Life really is an emotional rollercoaster, right? You've been through so much and all you want is your happy ending. Keep pushing through because you'll eventually achieve all your dreams.
