Can You Help Harry Potter Figure Out Who Stole His Invisibility Cloak?

It's a bright, warm day and Harry Potter is enjoying his summer at the Burrow. That is... until he realizes his Invisibility Cloak is missing from his now-unlocked trunk. He looks around and finds these clues in the room he shares with Ron: a short strand of red hair inside his trunk, the smell of gunpowder still in the air, a mangled hairpin, and a worm-shaped candy. What does he do first?

Examining what he found doesn't help much and Hermione's nowhere to be seen. Harry heads downstairs and finds the following Weasleys around the dining table eating. Who does he question?

They all say they haven't seen the cloak. Harry notices that it smells like gunpowder here too.

Ginny joins everyone at the table and Harry notices that she's wearing a hairpin. Harry asks Ginny if she took his cloak. She says no. What should Harry do?

Harry brings out the hairpin he found in Ron's room. "Hey, remember when you picked the lock to get Harry out of the Dursleys before?" Fred asks George. "It was your idea," George replies. "But you're the one who did it!" says Fred. Harry's eyes narrow.

Just then, Percy lets out a horrified shout. They all turn and find his tongue has swollen up and is now four feet long. The twins exchange high fives. 

Here comes Molly, angrily slapping the backs of the twins' heads and summoning the contents of their pockets. She gets crumpled parchment, a few coins, a sugar quill, a handful of Ton-Tongue Toffees from one twin, and candies that look like the one Harry found. What do they look like again?
