Trying to work in a pit crew means competing with lots of former professional and collegiate athletes. It takes a lot more than a fancy résumé for something like this.

On average, a pit crew will change all four tires and refuel the car in 13 to 15 seconds. Sure makes that EOD deadline seem a tad more doable.
