    1. A Burst water flosser because using string floss can feel like such an inconvenience *cue actor sadly flossing their teeth* — cutting off your finger circulation just to get strawberry seeds out of your teeth. With this bad boy, just simply spray your teeth and gums! It's like a fancy power wash. Wow!

    Burst Oral Care

I have always had a tough time getting into the habit of using string floss. Once I switched to a water flosser, my gums have never been healthier! All you need to do is fill the reservoir with warm water and press the button towards your gumline. It'll dislodge food and wash away bacteria with minimal effort on your part. I will say, it's startling when you first use it, but it gets easier the second time around! This flosser has three settings: pulse, standard, and turbo. It's even water resistant so you can floss in the shower!

Promising review: "I love this water flosser! The cordless technology and amazing battery life make it easy to travel with. I love the way my gums feel after the gentle yet incredibly productive water massage!" —Carrie R.

    2. Crest whitening strips that'll remove up to 14 years' (!!!) worth of stains from your teeth in just 20 treatments! Think about all the coffee or tea you've been drinking in the past decade. Now imagine watching all of those stains disappear like ✨ magic ✨.

Before and after photo of the reviewer's teeth after using the whitening treatment

One reviewer said a good tip for dealing with the excess saliva while doing the treatment is to take a piece of paper towel and fold it the long way to make strips of "cotton" to stuff under your lips to soak up saliva as your whitening your teeth!

All you need to do is use it once a day for 30 minutes until you finish the entire box. The results will last for up to 12 months!

Promising review: "I have been whitening my teeth for years, I go through spurts where I will whiten for three months at a time. Usually I find that my teeth get a little sensitive... I've been using these Crest Whitestrips for the last month, daily use leaving them on for 30 mins, and I have NO sensitivity. My teeth are dramatically whiter, and they are easy. I will give a hint, because being the 'Whitestrip pro' that I proclaim to be, I didn't read the instructions out of the box...make sure that before you put the strip on your teeth you gently pull both ends of it. this seems to activate the ingredients. I stupidly did not do this the first three strips that I put on and did not get the 'whitening' sensation." —Nes1373

Get it from Amazon for $46.97.

    3. A pack of natural green tea oil-blotting sheets to help remove any excess oil on the skin for that matte look you love so much. Keep these bad boys in your bag to whip out and dab over your face at a moment's notice, keeping your makeup fresh all day. 👍

Promising review: "I have been searching for something as effective as this for a long time now. I have extremely oily skin. I live in the Caribbean and whether I wear foundation or not, very early in the day my face is covered in oil. Mostly over my T-zone is where I get shiny and oily. So I tried this and it is excellent. It picks up the oil quickly leaving my face naturally matte-like for hours. I am well pleased with the light weight of the sheets, the pack fits perfectly in my purse or jeans pockets. I have no dislikes. I will stock up on it. Anyone will oily skin will find this as a must-have." —Melisa

Maitland Quitmeyer / BuzzFeed, Our Place

The surface allows me to control the amount of olive oil used, the dome lid design is great for faster cooking without turning up the heat, and the pan itself is so beautiful I leave it out on my stove top as decoration. I am hoping they make a small sauté pan and a 3-qt sauce pan some day." —Cheryl M.

    Stephanie Hope / BuzzFeed

The Amazon listing also suggests buying a polishing cloth to apply an anti-tarnish barrier on your silver, protecting it from any future buildup!

Promising review: "I worked several years in a fine jewelry store that sold this product. We used the Dazzle Stik from time to time to add a quick shine to merchandise that was just tried on and on days our jeweler was not there to professionally clean items. I was always impressed with the instant shine the diamond stick provided. The brush tip is very helpful for getting under the stones and in the setting where gunk builds up reducing that brilliant shine. I recently got engaged and immediately purchased a Diamond Dazzle Stik of my own. It's the perfect way to quickly give my ring some shine before leaving the house. You simply brush, rinse, dry and go. I don't feel this product replaces the need to professionally clean your jewelry every now and then, but it does help with the maintenance of that new shiny sparkle." —Amazon customer

Get it from Amazon for $3.99.

    8. Drywall repair putty perfect for filling up holes made from moving decor around or even from unsightly cracks without having to spend $$$ hiring a carpenter (or calling your parent to help, let's be real). Maybe you'll actually get your deposit back this time.

Promising review: "Does exactly what it says. Rather than getting spackle, waiting for it to dry, sanding it down, and tweaking as needed, this cuts the time/effort down to 1) rub over a place in need of patching 2) wipe off excess. The hardest part is not accidentally getting the product on parts of the wall that don’t need it, but that’s easy to clean up, so it’s not a problem. I used this to patch holes in the wall from a former WiFi router and modem — other than the color difference from the patch to the paint, you’d never know it was patched. Great price, easy to use." —Amanda

Get one from Amazon for $10.95.

    9. An automatic pan stirrer with a timer, because sitting in front of the stove stirring dinner is *such* a snooze fest. 😴 Now you can go back to finishing up Squid Game!

Don't forget to get some AA batteries, because it's not included!

Promising review: "My husband loves to cook. We have two very small children, so while his meals are mostly yummy, they are also sometimes burnt. :) This was perfect for him. He's able to turn it on, run into the next room to save the day with a plastic bag and a washcloth for whatever blowout-esque mess I'm dealing with, forget he's cooking, run back into the kitchen frantically when he remembers, and arrive only to find the meal practically cooking itself. Best. Gift. Ever." —Jake the ChefturnedDaddy

Get it from Uncommon Goods for $25.

    10. An eyeliner stamp to save you time and tears in the morning by creating the perfect wing every single time. No more 2003 *emo eyeliner* for you!, Amazon

It comes in a pack of two (one for each eye) and one side is the stamp, with the other being a regular eyeliner pen!

Promising review: "It’s so easy to use and fast! I wore this eyeliner in the dead heat of a humid Georgia summer and even the rest of me was wilted, my eyes looked fantastic! I bought two sets — one for home and one for travel. I wear glasses so I have to get really close to the mirror to make sure I don’t misstamp but it’s really hard to mess up. I will be buying again definitely!" —Chloe H.

Get it from Amazon for $14.97+ (available in two sizes and one three-pack).

    11. An AeroGarden, an indoor herb garden where you can grow all of your favorites like basil (my personal fave), mint, oregano, chives — you can even grow tomatoes or lettuce! The possibilities are ~endless~!

The indoor herb garden with a variety of overgrown herbs on it

With this fancy garden, you can grow your herbs up to six times faster than soil! It has a 20W LED grow light, simple illuminated buttons for lights and cares, automatic reminders for water and plant food, *and* enough space for your herbs to grow up to 12'' tall! That's a lot of basil!

Promising review: "Got this a couple of weeks ago. I've wanted one FOREVER and was so happy, but didn't let my hopes get the best of me - I can't keep plants alive. At all. Ever. Easy set up with easy instructions and it was done and working its magic in 10 minutes. So imagine my excitement when just a few days later I had a sprout! Then another. Then another! While I thoroughly believe my morning affirmations to the little sprouts work, it's probably the awesome design and ease of use. It tells you when it needs water or nutrients (liquid, in a bottle). It's silent, except for a barely audible trickle sound every hour. You will not regret this purchase!" —Amy V.

Get it from AeroGarden for $99.95 (originally $149.95, available in three colors and four seed kits).

    12. A PhoneSoap sanitizer because after the last year, we have definitely become very aware of germs and our phone is one of the biggest culprits. Flashback to me cooking and touching my phone screen with my grubby fingers to see the recipe. Ugh.

Yes, the photo on the right IS from a reviewer who tested the bacteria levels on their daughter's and husband's phones before and after use. GROSS.

Promising review: "I work in a large dental clinic with 50+ docs and even more assistants. Anyone who knows about dentistry knows that there are a lot of aerosols given out during almost every procedure. Since we don't have a radio in the operatories, I've had to use my phone for music. Before phone soap I had to wipe my phone down every time with Cavicide wipes...not the best for your phone. Enter PhoneSoap! I'm able to sanitize my phone without destroying it with Cavicide! We've even tested and swabbed the phone for cultures before and after...this sucker works! Hands down, great investment. I'll be buying another one for the home because this one is staying in my office." —James

Get it from Amazon for $71.99+ (available in six colors).

    13. An herb stripper so you can get all the important pieces of your favorite herbs into your dish without accidentally keeping one too many bitter stems. That would be a big d'oh moment! I personally hate chopping herbs, so this is *chef's kiss* perfect.

    MudPotteryAndGlass / Etsy

    14. Biodegradable, all-natural bottle-cleaning tablets because is there anything more annoying that trying to clean your water bottle or coffee tumbler? What a nuisance! Not with these, though! 🤯

A reviewer before and after photo of a bottle

Promising review: "Totally worth the purchase. Sure, you could maybe compound something similar but these are so easy to use that it's just not worth the hunting and gathering of various ingredients. I split one tablet in half with a bench scrapper because the package said to dilute with 1 liter of water and my Hydro Flasks are 18 oz each so I figured a 1/2 tablet per Hydro Flask would be sufficient. I typically store lattes in my Hydro Flasks and they had an impressive amount of buildup on the inside so I opted for 1/2 tablet + nearly boiling water + overnight soak time. The next morning I dumped out the water, gave them a quick scrub with a bottle brush, and WOW. THEY'RE LIKE NEW!!! Or as close to new as you can get after five-plus years of daily use. Totally worth it." —Jessica Bills

    15. A ChomChom roller to gather up pet hair from basically anywhere in your home. No really. Couches, clothes, bedding, cat towers, rugs — you name it. That's not even the best part, folks! It has a little compartment that stores the fur for easy cleaning! And how!

Promising review: "I have had many different pet hair rollers and this beats everything hands down. The compartment that traps the hair is genius. With many pet hair removal tools the hair sort of flies in the air a little, you have handfuls, or have to clean the brush on something...this baby traps the fur in a little compartment that is easy to empty. I sent links to this product to lots of my friends who are owned by cats and told them it will be life changing." —DLB

Get it from Amazon for $24.95.

    16. A portable vacuum that conveniently plugs right into your car so you don't have to worry about paying for a vacuum or finding an extension cord at home. Just look at it go!

    Stephanie Hope / BuzzFeed

When I tell you that I use this product often, I mean it. It's so easy to plug in, vacuum dirt from the floor or seat, and put it away. It comes with three different attachments and an extra filter! My tip is to use the brush attachment for everything as it will kick dirt off the carpet fibers, making it easier to suction.

Promising review: "I'm glad to have such a great stuff in my car. Yes, it is not a powerful as my vacuum cleaner in the house, however, it cleaned out all the garbage, which I accumulated over the past autumn and winter in the car. At the end of October my husband and I went to the ocean and as we tried to be neat — the sand was still in the car. Finally, I got rid of it! Now my beauty again is as clean as on the first day when I bought her!" —Julia Bright

Get it from Amazon for $35.99 (available in two colors).

    17. A compact eight-in-one spiralizer to grate, juice, spiralize, and shred all your ingredients for your *insert Tasty recipe*. You just learned what mise en place is and now it seems way less daunting.

    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed, Amazon

BuzzFeed editor *and* zoodle lover Emma Lord is obsessed with this gadget:

"I recently purchased this because it was my cheapest option for making zoodles, and also because my apartment is the size of a shoebox and there was no room for anything bigger. I LOVE how easy it is to swap out the caps to do other things, too — I've started grating my own cheeses and feel very fancy. But mostly I just love that it's very safe to use (it comes with a finger guard!), super easy to figure out, very compact, and even has measurements on the inside of the cup if you're ever portioning things out for a recipe."

Promising review: "LOVE THIS. I absolutely love this. So far I've used the thicker spiralizer, two of the grater things, and then the juicer. I love how easy this makes keeping everything together. And it's sharp so it actually cuts through things without you needing to work super hard to do it. The only thing I don't love is that the spiralizers are a bit hard to clean, but I guess that's with all of them? Not sure, this is the first I've owned. But, overall, I'd recommend it :)" —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $12.99+ (available in three sizes).

    18. Grooming gloves because aren't we tired of petting our dogs and getting a huge wad of fur in our hands that we dramatically shake away as it flies around the house? *cue big frown* :( At least with these, you can pet them *and* be productive! *cue thumbs-up* :)

The grooming gloves with fur on it

Promising review: "These are awesome!! They get the hair off our dogs while giving them a nice scratch at the same time! They are really sturdy and washable; whoever designed these is a genius! We love them!!" —Tim and Amy Jo

    19. A wood polish and conditioner to enhance the natural beauty in all of your wood by feeding it with oils, preventing it from drying and fading. Your wood now: 😞 Your wood after: 😃

A before and after of a wooden table where the polish was used to clean

This polish can be used on antiques, kitchen cabinets, dining tables, doors, and basically anything that's wood! Also doesn't contain any silicone or linseed oil.

Promising review: "This stuff is absolutely AMAZING. My wife and I were getting tired of looking at our worn out cabinets and wood paneling and were very close to paying a professional thousands of dollars to refinish it all, but then we came across this product. Our paneling and cabinets were looking rough. We have two dogs that jumped up and scratched places, we also had an area that was damaged by water spots where our dog bowls were, and several other areas that were just worn from heavy traffic. This stuff was like a magic eraser for water spots, scratches, scuffs, and any other blemish. We simply wiped the product on with a paper towel and let it sit for 20 minutes before wiping it off with a clean towel. Everything looks brand new. I'm buying a couple more so we can finish our cabinets and wood paneling. We're so glad we found this product." —Kris

Get it from Amazon for $8.98.

    20. A hands-free shopping bag holder so you never have to do the walk of shame back to the car because you couldn't bring in all the grocery bags at once.

A model is holding bags of groceries using a Grocery Gripps strap around her shoulders

Promising review: "I've tried so many different products that are supposed to allow you to carry multiple bags at once, but nothing has worked as well as this! It's easy to use: just hold one end of the handle and thread the other end through the handles on the bags. Then you can either bring the two ends of the Grocery Gripps carrier together to carry the bags with a single handle, or place one end of the Grocery Gripps carrier through the other to carry the bags over your shoulder. Carrying the bags over my shoulder worked really well for me because it allowed me to spread the weight of the bags over my hips and back rather than taking all the weight on my shoulder. I initially balked at the expense of this product, but it's very well made, sturdy, and really makes our lives easier. It's worth the money!" —S. Hill

Get it from Amazon for $12.95.

    21. Chair socks to not only protect your beautiful wood floors from getting scratched, but also make them look so dang cute.

    A chair wearing socks
    Cozy Mozy Home / Etsy

Cozy Mozy Home is a small business based in Kaunas, Lithuania, that sells practical and contemporary home products.

Promising review: "These are awesome! I originally bought a single pack to see how they turned out; they worked so much better than the felt tips I have been using that would somehow still leave scratches on my floor or a smudge of adhesive. I placed a second order of these socks for the rest of my dining chairs. Really happy with the quality and durability." —Terry

Get it from Cozy Mozy Home on Etsy for $11.47 (available in 10 colors).

    22. A back shaver so you can easily shave your own back without needing anyone's assistance. But wait! With every purchase of this product you'll get one pleased significant other knowing they didn't have to shave it for you! What a deal!,

Promising review: "This is absolutely game changing. I have tried different methods of shaving my body hair for years, with varying degrees of success and usually a ton of headache. Razors don't reach, trimmers cut your skin and don't reach, girlfriend shouldn't have to do it, it was all a total pain, literally and figuratively. This reached every spot on my back, and it looks as good as if I used a regular razor. I even used it to shave the hair on my triceps with no problem. Easy to clean it. Blades are easy to remove and put back in. The head comes off easily. This is the best men's grooming device for guys with body hair, period! I can have a clean-shaven back and body whenever I want. I wish I could kiss the guys that invented this thing. Bravo!" —Amazon customer

    23. A foot file that'll leave your feet looking (and feeling!) like you just float everywhere, keeping them silky smooth at all times. Honestly, the before and after photos are all you need to see to know how well this bad boy works.,,

Getting a callus remover gel can really help soften that stubborn dead skin even more!

Promising review: "After comparing foot files and reading the reviews, I decided to order this foot file. Living with chronic pain conditions has made it almost impossible to get out and go to the nail salon on a regular basis. I needed a way that I could 'maintain' my feet in between pedicure appointments, and purchasing this foot file was definitely a great decision. I couldn't believe how well and easily it removed the dead skin from the bottom of my feet. The only other product that I used was a tiny amount of callus remover to help remove the unwanted dry skin. I couldn't believe how well it worked and my feet felt so much better. I would highly recommend using caution when it comes to the amount of skin that you slough off. Otherwise, you could remove too many layers of skin, leaving your feet sensitive to touch or painful when walking on them. If you are looking for a way to maintain your feet on your own then look no further! The price is competitive, the quality is top notch, and it couldn't be any easier to use." —Amy

Well, turn that frown upside down since you won't have to try to figure out how much an *actual* serving size is for your pasta dinner anymore. A person holding pasta inside the spaghetti measure
    Fabberforge / Etsy

Fabberforge is a small business based in Omaha, Nebraska, that sells 3D printed home decor and gadgets.

Promising review: "This stuff works sooooo well. I have tried many other brands of pet stain remover, and this one is definitely the best. I have two indoor cats with hairball issues; they are often spitting up hairballs or stomach acid only before or after the passing of the hairball. (Sorry for the TMI.) Of course, they only want to do this on the carpet and rugs. This stain remover effectively removes the bodily fluid, hairball, etc., with a nice, fresh minty scent and no sticky residue. I keep a bottle upstairs and downstairs so I don't have to go hunting for it during those 2 a.m. hairball vomiting sessions (because, of course, that's the only time they want to throw up)." —Heather Coburn-Schill

Promising review: "Since moving into this apartment I have gradually come to hate this tub because of the water stains I have tried every product on the market including crazy things from the internet like Coca-Cola, vinegar, you name it..this stuff with a couple of swipes/scrubs and a toothbrush for the textured areas completely cleaned my tub in a way that I can only tell you excited me to the core of my being. All I can tell you is buy it and I wish you the best!" —Michelle

With time and practice, it develops your back's muscle memory. Soon you'll be standing tall without it! Huzzah! BUT WAIT! It's also discreet enough to wear under your shirt. What a gem!

A customer review before and after photo of them wearing the posture corrector

Begin using the posture corrector for just 20–30 minutes a day before you start to increase to one to two hours daily.

Promising review: "We got this since we’re both working from home full-time during the pandemic and it’s clearly having a negative impact on our posture that our home office is now extended to the deck and our sofa! This thing is about as comfortable as it can be for what it’s doing, we wear it for about an hour a day each and it has absolutely improved back pain and posture. It came with extra Velcro pieces to extend for those with larger shoulders, which is a nice touch. This is a good, quick investment for those of us who have a hard time buying a $300+ ergonomic chair for a home office!" —emthehuman

    29. A pair of shredding claws so you can easily rip through rotisserie chicken while pretending you're vicious bear shredding your dinner. These claws are bear-y useful, in my opinion.

These bad boys are heat resistant up to 475 degrees!

Promising review: "These claws are just what you need for shredding pork, chicken, beef, or any other items. The points are sharp, narrow, and long, and work well as a pair. It's much more efficient and quicker than using two forks. Even when I buy pulled pork from Trader Joe's and it's already 'pulled,' this is an excellent tool for really shredding it properly. I thought I might have been a little extravagant in ordering this, but now I realize it is very useful beyond shredding, e.g., holding a watermelon with one hand/claw as you cut with the other hand." —J. Renfrow

    30. A pack of stickers to cover those obnoxious lights that emit from your electronics. You know...the one that keeps you up every night? Well, not anymore!

Reviewer before and after of their alarm clock brightly lit and then dimly lit

Promising review: "I have a media PC in my living room under my TV and directly across from the main couch. The LED is extremely bright and obnoxious, especially in low-light situations. I can't remember how I found these, but I thought it was worth a shot. It dimmed the LED the perfect amount and I can definitely still see that the PC is on, but without the annoying blue beacon that can be seen from space. The variety of options included guarantee that you should have the correct size to dim whatever LEDs you have. Highly recommended, super-fast shipping (it came in letter envelope, which was awesome to find it in my mailbox)." —IPman501

    31. A makeup-erasing cloth so you can spend less time scrubbing your face off (thus irritating your poor skin) and more time applying your favorite night cream. Watching the makeup get erased from your face will literally feel like you're *in* an informercial, I guarantee it.

before-and-after of a buzzfeed writer wiping the makeup off half her face with the cloth
    Taylor Miller / BuzzFeed

Promising review: "I was so ready to write a review about what a piece of crap this is; boy was I wrong! This actually works! I usually use the Neutrogena cleansing cloths, which work OK, but this MakeUp Eraser blows them out of the water. I can't believe how great it is. I went to a show last night and got the dreaded hand stamp. Of course, because they use ink developed by NASA, I couldn't wash it off. I can't show up to work with a giant robot stamped on the back of my hand so I scrubbed and scrubbed. When my skin was gone but the stamp wasn't, I tried the MakeUp Eraser as a last resort. That sucker damn near got the whole thing off!!! I'm so impressed by this thing I'm going to get another one just in case they stop making them!" —Lola

    32. Dry-erase sticky notes, because I can't be the only one who has had 900 Post-it Notes everywhere with dated notes on them. In comes the reusable dry-erase stickers! When you're done, just wipe them clean! They also stick to basically *any* surface. I have these. Can confirm., M.C. Squares / Via

Promising review: "Love the reuse factor, ease of use, durability, and size (cut a couple of 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" into fourths for smaller notes). I washed them off when they lost a bit of their stickiness and they continue to attach really well to walls, computer screens, cellphones, mirrors, doors, the fridge, car dash, wherever I used to put paper stickies. M.C. Squares stickies actually stick better than paper stickies on some surfaces! I also use them at the school where I work to leave notes for teachers and students on desks, laptops, doors, etc." —KJP

    33. And last but not least, a memory foam mattress so comfortable, you'll wonder how you ever got a good night's sleep before owning this copper foam cloud. You before this mattress: 😔 You after this mattress 😴.

Two models are sitting on the mattress on top of a bed frame
    Layla Sleep

Here's why this mattress is amazing: Copper gel in the foam reacts to increased pressure with a firming response, so it stays soft, but provides ample support around deep compression areas where you need it most. *Additionally* the copper particles are superconductive, which helps carry heat away from the body faster, resulting in a lovely, cool sleep. But that's not all! The mattress has TWO SIDES! You can flip it over and either have a firm mattress *or* a soft mattress! It's a two-in-one!

Promising review: "I slept on a Layla mattress when I stayed at a Airbnb. when I arrived back home the first thing I did was ordered a Layla mattress. I love my Layla mattress. I sleep so well and no aches or pains when I awake!" —Mary G.
