Podi Dosa

Dosas are the most popular South Indian recipe one can think of. With its endless varieties, this breakfast recipe is loved by everyone.

250 gm dosa flour

100 gm idli podi

100 ml Refined oil


Heat a tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread.

Add oil to the sides of the dosa and cook on both sides.

Sprinkle the idli milagai podi on the inner side and cook till done. Remove and serve hot.

This does not require any side dish but if desired you can serve this with coconut chutney
