Jaggery Pancake

Pancakes are one of the most ideal breakfast recipes which are easy-to-make and delicious at the same time.

3 cup cane sugar

2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom

1 handful shredded coconut

4 cup wheat flour

3 cup milk

1/2 cup ghee


To start with, take a bowl and add milk, cardamon powder, whole wheat flour, grated jaggery (cane sugar). Mix

well and ensure that there are no lumps.

Take a non-stick pan and keep it on medium flame. Heat ghee in the pan. Pour in a spoonful of the batter on

the pan and cook it.

Let it turn golden brown in color from both the sides. Remove from flame and serve hot by garnishing with

shredded coconut.
