Time: 20 minutes


1 cup coconut milk

3 cup pineapple

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup water

1 cup basil

1 cup spinach

1 pinch salt

3/4 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon coconut


Take a mixer and combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water and blend till smooth.

Pour the smoothie in a pub glass and garnish with shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
