While many of us are trying to accept that either Trump or Clinton will be president, it is time to look forward to the next possible candidates for the 2020 election. In case you missed it back in 2015, Kanye announced that he would be running for president in 2020. Let's talk about why he may be a successful candidate.

1. Kanye is very involved in raising awareness and by doing so, he’s also not afraid to speak his mind

Back in December 2015, Kim and Kanye donated 1,000 pairs of shoes to a non-profit organization Soles 4 Souls. This, however, isn't Kanye's first contribution to fundraising campaigns. He has helped raise awareness for the victims of Hurricane Katrina during his segment on NBC and amongst other subjects. We're aware that Kanye excels in leaving people speechless, shocked or questioning "did he really just say that?" Of course.

2. Kanye 2020 has Obama's support

Kanye 2020 is taken so seriously that Obama felt the need to give Kanye some heads up for a successful presidential campaign. Nothing like a little support from the president himself.

Often addressed as someone who received fame due to a sex tape leakage, Kim Kardashian is still an influential figure regardless of her past. Crying over expensive earrings is not the only thing she knows.

I feel that being grouped or labeled can create separation between people who do (or don't) fall into certain categories, when they may actually share many of the same beliefs and goals. It's not about he, she, gay, straight, black, white. The fight for equality is about ALL human beings being treated equally—regardless of gender, sexuality or ethnicity.
