Hometown- Chicago, IllinoisRecommended Songs- Roof Gone, Nobody tell a Name (Featuring. Raury) and Play My Part ( Featuring Aubree Jenai)Taylor Bennett is one of the music industries most promising newcomers! Maybe it's in his DNA? After all , Taylor is the younger brother of Chance The Rapper, one of the most acclaimed artist of now. So how does Taylor differ from his ken? Well for starters Taylor recently came out as Bisexual this year! He also dropped some stunning visuals and even an album "Restoration Of An American Icon" which released in February of this year. Already building a buzz before he came out as Bisexual, Taylor received praise throughout the internet upon revealing that. Be sure to check out his song "Broad Shoulders" which features his older brother on it. Hell, check out the entire project!

2. Azealia Banks

Hometown- Harlem, New YorkRecommended Songs- 212, BBD, LuxuryAdmittedly, Azealia Banks isn't a new artist. However, one can't deny the impact this Harlem born artist has had on the industry within the last few years. Identifying as Bisexual, Banks broke into the scene with her viral hit 212 back in 2011. The song contained a flurry of quick rhymes and a great singing bridge. Oh yeah, she also used the word C*** a few times in the track. With her ability to snag controversy from every angle, create critically acclaimed albums (Broke With Expensive Taste and 1991 EP) and openness regarding her sexuality, it'd be impossible to not include Banks as a maverick artist and member of the LGBT community and music industry.

3. Mykki Blanco

Hometown- Orange Country, CaliforniaRecommended Songs- Rock & Roll Dough, Loner and High-school Never EndsLike Azealia, Mykki Blanco is no new artist. Breaking into the scene a few years ago with several mixtapes and projects including "Betty Rubble: The Initiation" and "Gay Dog Food". However, with the release of her debut album "Mykki" which released last year and a few international tours under her belt, she is definitely set to have amazing 2017 and will continue to impact and influence her fans and peers alike. With an aesthetic all her own, a fearlessness within her songs and a habit to create amazingly catchy music, I advice everyone to give this self proclaimed Riot Grrrl a spin!
