Earlier this week, the Queen's official Instagram account shared this photo, which included a close-up of some framed photographs of her nearest and dearest.
There was her late father, King George VI, her husband Prince Philip, her eldest son Prince Charles and his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall, and, finally, her grandson Prince William and his family.
And people were like: "Er, where's Prince Harry, Meghan, and Archie?" Although, there seemed to be a pattern in that the framed photos showed the immediate line of succession.
Prince Harry is sixth-in-line to the throne.
The so-called snub was even covered by some gossip websites.
But for all those who are fans of the Sussexes, a family Christmas card was released through their charity, the Queen's Commonwealth Trust, and Archie had a starring role.
But today the Queen gave her annual Christmas message and spoke about a variety of things such as putting aside differences and how she has been struck by how new generations have a "sense of purpose for issues like protecting our environment and our climate".
And then, much to the delight of all his fans, the Queen also used her message to mention the birth of baby Archie.
The fans were thrilled.
And, generally, people were inspired by different parts of the Queen's speech.
They found it pretty thoughtful and encouraging for the new year so a happy ending all round.
CORRECTION
The Queen's father is King George VI. An earlier version of this post accidentally made him a generation younger.
