Just when you thought you'd had your fill of royal weddings and royal babies, the Duke and Duchess of York announced the engagement of their eldest daughter Princess Beatrice to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The couple got engaged earlier this month in Italy, and the wedding is planned to take place sometime in 2020.
"We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together," the pair said in a statement.
"We share so many similar interests and values, and we know that this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness."
Edoardo, 34, is the son of ex–Olympic skier Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi and Nikki Williams-Ellis. He also has a son from a previous relationship.
The duke and duchess said they were thrilled for Princess Beatrice and Edoardo.
On Instagram, Princess Eugenie congratulated her sister saying the couple "were meant to be" and revealed that she took the photos for the announcement.
Princess Beatrice, who is ninth in line to the throne, has been dating the property developer since last year, although they've known each other a lot longer.
