Response to 19 Things People Who Are Always Cold Understand:
Just want to say as a person who actually lives in Ecuador that we don’t actually live in a tropical jungle and feast on bananas, coffee, and gas all day. In fact the capital Quito is 2800 meters above ocean level so we basically live on top of the mountains. True we may not have winter with snow and that stuff but it does mean that you basically freeze until noon, burn in the fires of hell for an hour or two and go back living under mountains of sweaters and blankets. MOST PEOPLE IN ECUADOR CAN NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE JACKET, EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY.
