Man Forecloses On Bank Of America Branch to Get the Money Owed to Him
Warren and Maureen Nyerges were wrongfully foreclosed on by Bank Of America, and after winning in court the judge ordered the bank to repay all of their legal fees. When the bank never paid the couple showed up at a local branch with a sheriff threatening to claim an equivalent amount of furniture to cover the missing money. The bank wrote them a check on the spot
