Unbelievable: Crazy Woman Pees On Old Church

I visited Washington DC and stayed in a hotel in Chinatown on September 20, 2011. When I opened the window curtains in the hotel room I saw a beautiful old church. I grabbed my camera to take a picture of how magnificent it was. As I focused it, I saw a woman sitting on the steps who put on some sort of hat, went to a corner of the church, hiked her dress up and then peed on it. Then she came back to the steps, hiked her dress up again and cleaned herself. She then trashed the tissue in a flowerpot.
