It's been raining in Los Angeles the past few days, and local news here is ON IT.
NCB4 reported that by looking at the wet sidewalks and wet roads, one can tell it's been raining in L.A.
They even tracked down evidence of live rainfall:

It got so bad that Angelinos had to wear raincoats.
And cover up their head and "keep going."
