Loophole At The U.S.-Mexico Border Allows People To Cross If They Use "Key Words"

By citing a "credible fear" of drug cartels, about 200 people were about to cross the border near San Diego this weekend.

An individual who wished to remain anonymous told Fox 10, "They are being told if they come across the border, when they come up to the border and they say certain words, they will be allowed into the country."

Pete Nunez, a former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California told Fox 10 allowing people to cross the border for using key words is "a huge loophole." "This will swamp the system," he said.
