"I'll Be Home For Christmas" is one of the best known Christmas songs in the world, and even if you don't happen to know the original version, you've surely heard one of the hundreds of covers that have been done over the years. It's a favorite of mine, and several versions of the classic find their way onto my holiday playlist every year.
This year, I have a wonderful new addition to my collection. Jillette Johnson, arguably one of the most exciting and talented new singer songwriters to come along in a while, has taken on the task of recreating the Christmas magic on the time-tested track, which she is releasing just in time for the holidays.
Once you hear her rendition, you'll want to hear more from Ms. Johnson (and you really, really should).
