Sadly, after nearly 10-years together, one of Hollywood's favorite couples announced their split on social media in 2017. The couple had met in 2007 on the set of "Take Me Home Tonight," and were engaged in 2008.
Anna and Chris were married in a small ceremony with close friends in 2009, and Anna gave birth to their one and only child- a son- Jack in 2012.
Mid June of 2018: Chris and Katherine are first spotted together
TMZ first reported that the couple were spotted out and about enjoying a picnic in the park and driving up and down the coast in Santa Barbara.
End of June 2018: E! News reports that Katherine and Chris are officially dating
Not only did E! News report that the couple was officially dating in June of 2018, a source told E! that Katherine's mom, Maria Shriver, helped to set the pair up.
In the same piece, a friend of Chris' says that the "Jurassic World" actor was "smitten" with the author and interior designer.

The pair was spotted attending church together with Chris' six-year-old son, and exchanging kisses during an ice cream date after services.

In an interaction with Entertainment Tonight reporters, Patrick said, "they're doing great -- just got her a little gift." The new uncle did not specify when the baby was born.
