When Did A TV Show Make A Very, Very Brilliant Callback?

It's possible nothing beats the Tom Hanks thing from Veep.

Though it can be fun to catch inconsistencies in TV shows, callbacks to previous episodes or established backstories are, in my opinion, so much better.

But what's the best TV callback of all time?

Maybe you love that, on The Office, Pam uses Jim's teapot gift later in the Finer Things Club.

Or maybe you love that Walter White from Breaking Bad crosses paths with his pants from the pilot in Season 5.

The pants lying in the desert in both episodes

Or maybe you love the Friends consistency of Angela Delvecchio.

Chandler says, "It was fine until your breakfast adventure with Angela Delvecchio," then in Season 4 Chandler says, "What did you get for Angela Delvecchio" Joey says, "She didn't have a birthday while we were going out," and Chandler asks, "For 3 years"

Let me know your favorite TV callback and why it’s your favorite in the comments below! Some of the responses will be featured in a BuzzFeed Community post.
