Friday Night Lights! It’s one of my favorite shows ever and I rewatched it with my husband who had never seen it. It took me back to a simpler time when it first aired.

“The Son” from Friday Night Lights. Matt Saracen (Zach Gilford) always had a complicated relationship with his dad who was fighting in Iraq, only to find out he was killed in combat. His eulogy at the funeral followed by him helping dig his dad’s grave makes me sob.

Alexander Skarsgård from Big Little Lies. I really liked him before that but now I can’t even look at him. He was so physically abusive and manipulative toward his wife (Nicole Kidman) that I would almost shudder when he came onscreen. It’s a testament to his acting ability.
