Android Users Have Better Sex, But iPhone Users Have More Of It

A large national study from Match.com finds that iPhone users have sex more frequently, but Android users (and even... BlackBerry users) have more orgasms.

The proud few still using BlackBerrys (bless them) have little left to make the case for their dying breed of smartphone — that noisy physical keyboard, the barren wasteland that is BBM — but at least they have this: more orgasms than iPhone users.

In a study of 5,329 single people in the United States, iPhone users said they had the fewest orgasms during sex, but they did have sex more frequently than owners of other smartphones.

The study, commissioned by Match.com and released exclusively to BuzzFeed Wednesday, asked single people across the country about their thoughts and behaviors on sex and dating, but also posed questions like what phone they use, how they identify politically, and where they live.

Here, some of the most interesting findings:

Android users want to have more sex, have "better" sex, and, in general, are more liberal about sex.

They're most likely to have an orgasm during sex (so they say).

The Droid people also have had more threesomes, and more one-night stands (so they say).

But. iPhone users have more sex.

Which, perhaps, explains why a larger group of Android users wanted to have more sex in 2014 than they did last year.

    Also:

Residents of Miami have more orgasms than residents of any other city.

Online dating is huge in Charlotte.

Libertarians think about sex the most.

Those who identified as Conservative Republicans were the most likely to have not had sex in the past year.
