These Scottish pizza boxes full of mystery meat, onion rings, chips, and token salad definitely aren't slimming, in fact, they're one of the highest-calorie drunk foods around. When [the Scotsman](http://www.scotsman.com/news/heart-attack-in-a-lunchbox-is-this-your-child-s-school-snack-1-1437887) newspaper carried out spot checks on munchie boxes in 2008, the ones they tested weighed in at between 1,200 and 2,200 calories, with around 140g of fat. Hmm, heart-attacky.

No, this is the third-highest!

This much-mocked Scottish chip shop treat is a relatively light 600 calories, making it officially the healthiest option on this list. Go figure. Hell, why not have two?

This insane, hangover-busting North-East deep-fried chicken, bechamel sauce, and cheese concoction clocks in at over 2,600 calories on average, according to quite extensive research carried out by the North Yorkshire Trading Standards board in 2007. It obviously depends on the portion size, but the large cheesy chips at [this well-known Scottish chippy (which invented the deep-fried Mars Bar)](http://thebayfishandchips.co.uk/menu/) are 1,154 calories, which is a pretty good guide, although if they whacked a second large handful of grated cheddar on there it could easily edge this "snack" up to a whopping 1,600.
