SALT 'N' VINEGAR SNACK MIX

Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS

3 cups oven-toasted corn cereal

3 cups potato sticks

2 cups mini pretzels

1½ cups roasted salted almonds

5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

5 tablespoons white vinegar

2 teaspoons kosher salt

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (325ºF for convection).

2. Mix together corn cereal, potato sticks, mini-pretzels, and almonds in a large bowl.

3. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, vinegar, and kosher salt. Season with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix. Stir well.

4. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and toss to combine. Spread mix evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray.

5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until toasted and dry. Let cool, then enjoy.

CHEESY GARLIC SNACK MIX

Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS

3 cups oven-toasted corn cereal

4 cups puffed cheese balls

3 cups baked cheese snack crackers

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon mustard powder

½ teaspoon paprika

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (325ºF for convection).

2. Mix together corn cereal, puffed cheese balls, and cheese snack crackers in a large bowl.

1 teaspoon cayenne

1½ teaspoons kosher salt

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
