13 Ways You Know You're A Nerd

As though your love for every geeky thing in the universe is not enough, here's a few checkpoints to be sure you're a 21st century nerd. Embrace it, revel in it, and enjoy the fact that you are obsessed with everything.

1. You bond very quickly with people over your favorite show, movie, book, or comic

2. You are suddenly filled with rage when you think about Jar Jar Binks, King Joffrey, or Ryan Reynolds in the Green Lantern

3. You can apply Doctor Who or Lord of the Rings to pretty much any situation in your life

4. You can't really put into adequate words why you love Loki so much, you just do

5. You follow every single Comic-Con blog, tumblr, twitter account, photo gallery, and news post so it almost kind of sorta feels like you were there

6. You get a little too angry when some interrupts you during a good book

7. You say you don't have a favorite Doctor but you secretly have serious emotional ties to Ten or Eleven (and maybe even Nine)

8. You DEFINITELY have a favorite Winchester brother

9. You have actually cried because Firefly is never coming back
