Oh good grief. No, identical twins are not 100% identical in their DNA. Male twins are closer than female twins, on account of they only have one Y chromosome to choose from, plus the Y chromosome only holds a few dozen genes, whereas the X chromosome holds over a 1000.
DNA tests do not work as an all or nothing proposition, but (as most things in life), as a likelihood measure. There’s nah, impossible; possible but unlikely; possibly but not too likely; quite possible; and very possible, likely.
